QUALITY ASSURANCE OF MAINTENANCE PROJECTS
We provide onsite Quality Assurance during maintenance, redecoration and new projects. Third Party Quality Assurance will ensure:
- Substrates are evaluated before and during maintenance projects.
- Contractors are measured to ensure that applications adhere to specifications.
- Preparation and application of specified products are monitored in accordance with Manufacturer's requirements.
- Progress draws can also be evaluated and certified on request of the building owner.
- Manufacturer's Guarantees are negotiated and secured.
- Completed work is certified by a Third Party.
